Proactive Approach
Zero Tolerance or 1" Trigger - JLS offers a tailored snow removal plan for commercial sites. We begin by mapping the site and identifying critical pedestrian walkways, drop off zones, and snow storage areas.
JLS has CSP’s (Certified Snow Professionals) on staff and our team is fully trained on snow safety and equipment operations. From snow brooms to 3-yard loaders, we have cross-trained team members that understand the needs of each property and how to be safe while performing any task necessary to keep your property clear of snow and ice. When a storm is forecast, we rely on the latest technologies to monitor meteorological data tracking the storm path. JLS then communicates with all clients. We keep out customers informed of forecasts specific to their area and and changes that occur as well as what services our team will be providing over a 12- to 24- hour period. DeicersJLS works to reduce the amounts of de-icing materials applied on each jobsite. By selecting the appropriate deicers for the specific site and surface temperatures as well as training our team members how to properly apply de-icing materials, we can minimize damage to property and the environment.
